Happiness comes in a can…

cans of happiness

So I had a birthday last week and I got more Spam as a gift (thanks Daniel). I think I’m set for a couple of weeks.

The highlight of my birthday was getting a voicemail message from my niece and nephew. I wish I could somehow post it up on the site but I have no clue how I would yank it from my iPhone to do so. Any ideas?

That day I was driving down from San Francisco to LA with my friend Susie Suh. We both played at a fundraiser for the KYOPO Project the night before.  At one point during the drive down we got off the highway and snuck onto a cherry tree orchard.  We got out our guitars and played some tunes beneath the shade. It was awesome. Be sure to check out Susie play at Hotel Cafe Thursday, May 21st and during her June residency there!

Saw Star Trek last night on the IMax screen.  Great movie but my vision is undoubtedly worse.

Live long and prosper, with cans of Spam.
